Sheep Creek Hydro Proposal

WVID board was approached by Sheep Creek Hydro LLC whose members are LD Perry, Enterprise Electric and WR Community Solutions Inc with a proposal for a hydro project. A draft letter of intent was received by the board for their review at the February regular board meeting. The board determined that they would have the draft letter reviewed by legal council prior to any further movement on the proposal. The board further emphasized that this proposed project was dependent on Sheep Creek Hydro LLC receiving a grant which was still pending. If the grant was not awarded, there would be NO project.
